Some Takeaways from Rams Dominant 34 - 24 Victory Over Buccaneers

When the defending world champs make their way to town, alongside the greatest quarterback to ever quarterback, initiative must be taken to set the tone for how the game will be played. No punches can be pulled and absolutely no windows of opportunity can be left open. With that being said the Rams made sure the Buccaneers were never really in the game on Sunday. It was a beautiful performance across all three phases of the game, all within a thunderous (and packed) SoFi Stadium crowd. A crowd in which Tom Brady said was "one of the louder stadiums we've been in". There are many takeaways from Sunday afternoon, and below are some eye-catchers that must be mentioned following the impressive win. 40-0 After leading at the half and following that up with a win, Head Coach Sean McVay is now an astounding 40-0 when the Rams are up at the intermission. This is incredibly telling of the leadership he has had over these Rams teams spanning the last 5 years. His ability to make ne...

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Los Angeles Rams - Week 3 Preview

Week 3  in the NFL brings a marquee matchup within the NFC. As the Super Bowl MVP quarterback, Tom Brady, and the defending champs make their way to SoFi Stadium to take on our Los Angeles Rams. It is going to be a battle between two 2-0 teams, and a possible NFC Championship game preview. It'll be Brady's first game in front of an opposing crowd as a Buc as well as his first professional game in Los Angeles. Week 2 in Indianapolis against the Colts marked the first formidable road test the new Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford would face with his new squad. Going against a defense stout with talent by the likes of Darius Leonard and DeForest Buckner is no easy ask, especially in front of a raucous and loyal Indianapolis crowd. While on the defensive side, the Rams would be facing former 2nd overall pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2016, Carson Wentz. Wentz was taken just one spot after former Rams number one pick Jared Goff. Going into this matchup the, it's certain that the Rams and Head Coach Sean McVay acknowledged that the threat of the big play is always there with Wentz, even if he is battling any sort of injury.  Defense: C I'll keep the focus on the defensive side of the ball for the Rams. The D put together 2 fantastic goal line stands to keep the Colts out of the end zone early in the game. One of those stands taking place on the LA 1 yard line that ended th...
